The minimum deposit to activate a live trading account is $50. For account management plans, minimums vary by plan — starting at $500 for the Starter plan. Demo accounts are always free with $10,000 virtual balance.
Fordex Capital serves traders in over 80 countries worldwide. We do not currently accept clients from the United States, Iran, North Korea, or other OFAC-sanctioned countries due to regulatory requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals
We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (ERC-20), and USDT (TRC-20). All deposits are processed on-chain and credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations (1 for BTC, 12 for ETH/USDT).
Bitcoin deposits are credited after 1 network confirmation (approximately 10-30 minutes). Ethereum and USDT deposits are credited after 12 confirmations (approximately 3-5 minutes). Confirmations vary by network congestion.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $20. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 business hours. There is no fee charged by Fordex Capital, but standard blockchain network fees may apply.
Yes, you can withdraw your available balance at any time. If you have an active management plan, profits can be withdrawn after the agreed plan duration. Capital under active management follows the plan terms.
Trading
Fordex Capital offers 50+ trading pairs including major forex pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY), precious metals (XAU/USD, XAG/USD), major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, BNB), and global indices (US30, S&P 500, NASDAQ).
We offer leverage up to 1:500 for forex pairs, 1:100 for metals, and 1:50 for cryptocurrencies. Leverage levels may vary by account type and regulatory jurisdiction. Higher leverage increases both potential profit and risk.
Yes, both take profit (TP) and stop loss (SL) orders can be set when opening a trade or modified on any open position. These are executed automatically when the market reaches your specified price levels.
Fordex Capital earns through the spread on each trade (the difference between buy and sell price). There are no separate commission charges for manual trading. Account management plans have a stated commission on profits.
Copy Trading
When you select a trader to copy, their trades are mirrored on your account proportionally. When they open a position, you receive a signal notification and can click "Copy" to execute the same trade on your account automatically.
Yes. You can pause or permanently stop copying any trader from your Account Settings section. Any open copied trades will remain open until you manually close them or they hit their TP/SL.
Profits from copy trades are credited directly to your trading account. The copied trader receives a commission percentage (displayed on their profile) which is deducted from your profits on each successful copied trade.
Signals remain active for a configurable window (typically 5-15 minutes). If the window expires, the signal is marked as missed but remains visible in your signal history. You can still enter the trade manually if the pair is favorable.
Account Management
Account management is a service where a certified professional trader actively manages your trading account on your behalf. You choose an investment plan, fund the minimum deposit, and our managers trade to generate your stated daily returns.
Yes. Once you activate a plan, you can browse available account managers, see their win rates, specialties, and performance history, then assign one to your account.
The minimum management duration is 7 days. You can set any duration from 7 days up to the maximum allowed for your plan (30-90 days depending on plan tier). You can extend or renew after completion.
All plans include risk management protocols including stop-loss limits to protect your capital. Our managers are required to cap drawdown at a maximum of 10% per week. Returns shown are estimated averages based on historical performance.
Security & KYC
For full account verification, you need to submit a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and a proof of address document dated within 3 months (utility bill, bank statement). Processing takes 1-3 business days.
All personal data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored in compliance with GDPR and international data protection standards. We never share or sell client data to third parties.
Go to Dashboard > Account Settings > Security tab. You can enable Google Authenticator or SMS-based 2FA. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for maximum account security.
